we call the kids rooms and bathroom "the treehouse" because they're all on their own little floor. much of the house has been updated but this floor needs a face lift. we are in the process of replacing ceiling fans, light fixtures, blinds, doors, hinges and knobs and painting woodwork. sometime in the next couple of months, we are tearing out a closet in the kids bathroom in order to install a double sink and we'll also do ceramic tile and new toilet and light fixtures. it's a slow process but we accomplished a light fixture today in the hallway!
